In this interactive session, Comptroller Hegar discussed job growth and tax collections and how they signal the Texas economy continues to outpace the national economy. He provided a detailed forecast of how he expects the Texas economy to perform in the near future and how it will impact local businesses. Comptroller Hegar also opened the floor for questions and candidly answered everything presented to him.
